  • Administrative: Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing email correspondence, heavy calendar management (business and personal. Detailed expense reports;  maintaining & tracking expenses, crafting comparison reports using various financial software, and Notary Public services.

 

  • Execution of all special requests, both business and personal, with ease in handling multiple simultaneous projects.

 

  • Following up on various activities to ensure completion and deadlines are met; including weekly reports, status updates, meeting follow-ups, requests for information, projects, programs, events, etc.

 

  • Project Management: Meet with and direct delivery crews, vendors, contractors, installers, and service technicians.

 

  • Life management: Dining or event reservations, arranging, coordinating travel and creating itineraries; domestic and international, house sitting, internet research, holiday cards, estimate and supervise household repairs, housekeepers, and pet keepers.

 

  • Event Planning: Party planning, flowers, decorations, and invitations.

 

  • Organization & Declutter: Home, office, and closets.

 

  • Management: Manage Airbnb listing, rental properties, create operational manual and order supplies. Facilitating new employee set-up. Oversee care and maintenance of family vehicles. Sourcing, obtaining quotes and managing schedules for all types of vendors.

 

  • Social Media Updates:  Market on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest or other social media tools. Manage social media updates and help build brands.  

 

  • Errands: Light restock of groceries, prescriptions, dry cleaning, post office, bank deposits, consignment, Goodwill and donation drop-off.

 

  • Personal shopping: Clothes and housewares, gifts and returns, gift wrapping and shipping

 

  • Utilize an elevated level of integrity-exposed to sensitive & confidential information pertaining to the companies and the clients personal life

 

  • Proficient in Windows 2010/XP and Windows Vista, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Google Calendar, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Remind, Asana, Slack, FullFocus, Integrated Financial System, PeopleSoft, WordPress, Google Docs and Mac OS
